This issue is now resolved.
We will continue to monitor the performance of AU East 2 overnight.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the results.
We are seeing activity in AU East 2 return to normal and queues have reduced.
We are working with NVIDIA to isolate the issue. We do not have an ETA on when services will return to normal, we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We are currently investigating a disruption affecting AU East 2.
This affects our Performance and Ultimate members.
You may not be able to start a new session, may experience a queue, or receive an error message when starting a new game session.
A fix has been implemented and we will continue to monitor results over the coming hours.
If you encounter a technical issue with the client or a game please report the issue by either:
Using the in-client feedback module. It is located next to your username in the top right of the client.
Making a post on our community forum.
Contact support in your CloudGG portal for further assistance.

We are investigating reports of Casual members using AU East 1 (SYD-01) encountering the following errors:
Game is not supported in your region
GeForce NOW is at capacity
If you are encountering an issue please report it in the GeForce NOW client feedback module (found to the right of the search bar).
After reporting the issue, please try exiting your GeForce NOW app or browser, then try again.
This issue was resolved.
